Warranty & Returns Information
The Kooshy Kids Kooshion and Kooshy Kloud are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The limited warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damages resulting from misuse of the product, including but not limited to; punctures, spills or stains, or damage caused by exceeding the specified weight limits
- Expected wear and tear
- Shipping costs
The Kooshy Kids Kooshion and the Kooshy Kloud must be tested within 48 hours of receipt. It must be inflated for a 12 hour period and monitored for deflation. Should deflation occur, you must report this to us immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a replacement will be sent. Leaks reported after 48 hours of receipt will be deemed as punctures caused from misuse and will not be covered under this warranty.
Kooshy Kids does not offer refunds for change of mind, where airlines do not allow the use of the product or if the item is not received in time for travel. Please allow ample time for delivery and refer to our estimated delivery times.
The list of accepting airlines for the Kooshy Kids Kooshion on this website is correct to the best of our knowledge and may change due to airline policy changes that are yet to be bought to our attention. The decision whether to permit the use of the product ultimately rests with the flight crew. We highly recommend you checking with your airline prior to purchasing the Kooshy Kids Kooshion.
Where a product is deemed defective and meets the warranty conditions above, a replacement will be issued.
All items must be returned in accordance with the below procedure or the application will not be accepted.
If directed by Kooshy Kids, pack and return the item in the original packaging and send to us using the prepaid label that we send you. Once we receive the item, we will assess the product and may manage repairs or issue a replacement.
